Refund & Cancellation Policy: In the event that a client decides that he/she is no longer in need of services requested of Freedom 2 Go, a refund of payment will be provided only in the case of a cancellation notice having been provided 48 hours prior to set time of pickup for transport, All refund request will be charged a 5% non-refundable booking fee.
Due to high business levels F2G driver wait time for all pickups is 10 minutes from the requested pickup time, after the 10 min grace period you will be charged $58.00 USD for every 10 min increment until all passengers are en route to their requested destination; this does not apply for airport transportation.

Driver Meet and Greet is located in the baggage claim area” look for signage with your last name, company name or name provided for passengers. If you do not see your driver please contact our 24 hour dispatch team at 216-386-2890
Reservation reactivation fee cost is $78.00, This does not apply to cancelled airline flights.
